Order Turn Around Time (TAT):
Our Badass Girl products are made to order, which impacts TAT. Please keep this in mind if you are in a hurry.
Return Policy:
We are happy to exchange or accept returns of unused items within 30 days from when the order was received OR within 30 days from the estimated delivery date for orders lost in transit. Please review product descriptions for sizing information ensure proper fit and minimize returns.

- Order Fulfillment TAT: Clothing items are typically ready for shipping 3-5 business days from the date ordered.
- Shipping/Delivery TAT: We do not have expedited delivery at this time. Please allow for an additional 5-8 days for delivery. We hope to improve our production and delivery options in the future. Until then, we appreciate your understanding.
- Shipping Cost:
- T-shirts - $5 for the first T-shirt + $0.75 for each additional.
- Coffee Mugs - $5.75 for the first - $.75-1.50 for each additional.
Return Policy:

- To initiate a return: Please send an email to BadassCustomerService@BladeRidge.com. Indicate name used on the order, the order # and well as the reason for the return. Mail the unused item(s) to the address listed below (not the address on the packing slip). Once received, we will issue you a refund.
- Issue or Defect: If there is an issue or defect with any item we will gladly refund or exchange the item at no charge. Please send a picture along with an explanation of the defect to BadassCustomerService@BladeRidge.com to begin the refund/replacement process. No need to return defective items unless directed to do so.
